Shipping policy

For Singapore Delivery

Door-step delivery (except bulky item) shall be within Singapore only (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), and the following fee table shall apply:

 ·        9am to 5pm: S$6.00* onwards depending on the weight of the parcel.

*Delivery will be made 3-5 Business days after order. 

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and StageEquip shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our office or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.

For International Delivery

Door-step delivery (except bulky item) shall be within the country selected only (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), and the following fee table shall apply via system:

 ·        depending on the weight of the parcel.

* Pickup for delivery will be made 3 Business days after order. 

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and StageEquip shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to contact us via WhatsApp or Email or pay a re-delivery fee.
